Flexi and Flexi+, how does it work exactly? ![]()
With Flexi you can cancel up to 30 days before the booked arrival date. With Flexi+ you can even cancel up to 5 p.m. the day before the booked arrival date!
We will refund you within 48 hours via the payment method used. With Flexi+: 80% of the amount you paid will be refunded directly within 48 hours (excluding insurance costs) and 20% will be refunded to your travel credit in your account, to be used for the next holiday within 1 year from that moment.
Very easy: to cancel your reservation (or just to view the cancellation conditions), take the following steps:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on the "My upcoming stays" menu.
3. Click on the "Cancel my stay" tab.
Please note that you cannot cancel your booking by phone.

Yes, and yes! Flexi is available for all accommodations, and it is an exclusive service with Vacansoleil.
With the Flexi or Flexi+ package, you only receive the travel sum for the stay back. This does not apply to any additional options and insurance taken out.
With normal cancellation insurance, conditions are set by the insurance company. Usually, you will only be refunded if you have to cancel for urgent reasons such as illness, death or unemployment. These reasons do not apply to Flexi packages, and you will also get your money back if you prefer to go to another destination. Please take into account the final cancellation date of the chosen Flex package. Up to 30 days before the booked arrival day with Flexi, and up to 1 day before the booked arrival day with Flexi+. Unlike Flexi options, no reason or justification is required.
